Due to several reasons there are now 44% fewer active inspectors in Texas than there were just 18 months ago. That's based on TREC published data.

A couple of other Texas inspectors and I have been working on a Public Service Announcement (PSA) to describe a worrisome issue that is becoming somewhat of a problem in Texas.
