Does anyone currently use instant chat on their real estate websites? Do you have reccomendations or concerns? I have done trials of some of them but wonder if anyone had success in implementing one and actually getting a good response from it.

Would anyone like to comment on homes.com agent websites? Positives/Negatives? Thanks!
