Active listings in Waco are up 31%, raising our available inventory to 2.6 months, slightly up from 2.0 in January of 2017. 

Homes in Lorena, Texas were on the market 56 days less in January 2018 compared to January 2017. Active listings were down 33% (only 4 went on the market last month). There was 1.5 months of inventory compared with 2.1 in January 2017.

The number of listings in Hewitt was up 45 %, with most prices between $200,000 to $300,000.

There is still a shortage of home for sale in China Spring, There is only 1.5 months worth of inventory. The median home price is $229,000, making it a great time to sell . Call me for a free market analysis.
