the amount of time I spend on the computer... (edit/delete) I was talking to a friend the other day about how much time I am on the computer on "social networking". It used to be checking my emails, but now I check personal and work emails, twitter, facebook, wordpress, activerain, and a few other sites. I love to write my thoughts and read how my friends and colleagues are doing. It is amazing how often I am on the computer. I used to think about how many hours a year I spent at red-lights or waiting in line to checkout at the store was wasting my time. Now of course I have my cell phone to make calls, text, etc... but really how much time is spent on the computer. I know the value of it, but why not just use one site? Why do I check all of these sites (like most of friends as well). How many hours per year am I toggling between social networking sites? How many hours per year are you? amy berman www.relify.com

So much has changed with advertising and where is the best place to advertise to get your bank for your buck???  I just caught up with some of my favorite shows that were in my DVR and of course fast forwarded all of the commercials.  I start watching tv shows 10 minutes into the program so I can...

I have been thinking...when buyers use to see days on the market it usually meant the house was most likely undesirable in some way (over priced, needed too much work) and if it sat too long days on the market became a bargaining tool.  A buyer would put in a much lower bid b/c it was "sitting" t...

Does anyone else have pet allergies???  It is difficult going to people's homes who have cats for me as I am extremely allergic to them.  I take allergy medicine when needed but sometimes I don't know going to an open house when there may be pets that I am allergic to.  I think about this when bu...
