I feel fortunate to get this listing for a historic home built in 1872 completely renovated with modern aminities at the skirts of Delaware & Raritan Canal. The home is on 14.65 acres. I have advertised on a online historic magazine and the usual channels we follow as realtors. Is there something else I can o to attrcat the right buyer for the home. My colleagues feel reducing the price would be the answer but I feel that the home is worth the price.Your listing is now active on HistoricProperties.com. Please check it for accuracy and email me any changes and/or additions. I have not yet received the 7 additional images from you so I found your website and snagged some from there. Feel free to send replacements if you choose.
