"My most recent success story is closing a listing shortsale transaction (a very hard one) that closed in November of 2010. As the listing agent there were many many obstacles to overcome. This was mainly due to the buyers financing and how the buyers wanted to present it. The next biggest problem was, because the buyers took so long, my sellers lender had to resubmit the request for a shortsale package all over again. This almost caused my seller to be foreclosed on. With much perservarence we were able to close this transaction because veryone worked as a team from buyer to seller,from lender to lender and attorney to attorney and realtor to realtor."
