"The first real success story from Active Rain is a contact I received asking about a specific home for sale in Santee, CA. The client provided an MLS #, his work number and cell number. I responded as soon as I received the email (within an hour) as well as provided him with an email regarding the property. We talked for about 15 minutes and agreed to meet at the property.
When we met, he loved the home! We had a great conversation! I asked how he found me and he stated that he Googled Homes For Sale in Santee and voila! there I was. He stated of the 3 people he sent requests to I was the only one that responded! (seriously? but YAY for me!)
He liked the house so much we made an offer that evening!"
