"Buyers and sellers both benefit by my strong desire to see the job thru. SD purchased a home from me many years ago. In my mind the journey speaks volumes to who I am and what I do for my clients.

SD wanted to buy a home in Hampstead, MD. Decidely out of my market area at the time and because our MLS system was broken into counties one that I did not even have access to the information on new listings. SD was so intent on working with me in purchasing her next home that she had her friend, who lived in the neighborhood, on the look out for signs. One sprouted and off we went for a look see. The full price offer that evolved from that look see was responded to with too many clauses contrary to the interest of SD that I could not advise her to accept. Miffed at how my buyer was treated, I got out the old criss cross phone book and called the street. Only to find a much more perfect house and an agreeable seller. The deal was cast and as we came to pre settlement walk thru, the sign of the other Realtor was dangling on one of its two hooks. It was only at settlement that I learned that the sellers of the home were saved from foreclosure. This $60,000 sale saved the sellers equity, got the buyer the home that most suited her family and although I received both sides of the brokerage fee cannot be eclipsed by the warm feeling that I made a difference in the life of everyone involved. SD remains in the house today."

Eric Nabors (Century 21 Beachside Realtors): Real Estate Agent in Mission Viejo, CA Eric Nabors (Century 21 Beachside Realtors) said about 12 years ago,
"I started my career in real estate w/ Keller Williams Realty, Rancho Cucamonga w/ Brokers David & Cheryl Skolnick, where I capped during my first 4 months of the year, achieving 100% commission thereafter. I then switched to C21 King Realtors w/ Broker Richard King in Chino Hills, remaining a Top Producer. Upon office dissolution, I transferred to C21 King, Rancho Cucamonga temporarily, but found a more desirable office w/ C21 Home Realtors, Chino, Broker Derek Wood, which was within my city of residence. I remained active & a Top Producer, yet San Bernardino County property values dropped in the current economy, therefore commissions earned had also reduced, producing a desire to move to South Orange County & C21 Beachside Realtors, Broker Thomas Denny, which is #1 in The World, where I remain a Top Producer demonstrating peak performance. Becoming a Chase REO Listing Agent is yet another ambition sought & attained. In addition, I'm an eager, focused, active, productive, aggressive Realtor & professional, remaining confident that my growth in real estate shall continue indefinitely."
Lupe Kinsella (Republic Mortgage): Mortgage and Lending in Folsom, CA Lupe Kinsella (Republic Mortgage) said about 12 years ago,
"A few months ago, a woman called me wanting to qualify for a mortgage. She had been turned down by 3 or 4 other mortgage companies but wanted to give it one more shot before throwing in the towel. I ran her credit, and her score was in the 500's. I sat down with her and gave her several things to do to bring her score up. I checked in with her over the weeks to see how she was doing. She completed all tasks within 50 days. She did all the work. With evidence that such tasks were completed, I proceeded to order a Rapid Re-score and brought her credit score up into the 600's. That same day, I provided her with a Pre-Approval letter to start shopping for homes! My point here is that all the other lenders turned her away. I took the time to explain and recommend some things for her to do which only took about 15 minutes. It was up to her to do the rest. She was kind enough to write a review on Yelp. I care about every single person I come in contact with. I love what I do!"

Greg Fox Jr (California Options Real Estate (CORE)): Real Estate Agent in San Diego, CA Greg Fox Jr (California Options Real Estate (CORE)) said about 12 years ago,
"Ironically, some of the best success stories have come from the Blog's being written. Bob Herzog, Realtor from Arizona wrote a blog about the problems he was having and what he uncovered at One West Bank. His story spoke about One West Bank and the difficulties they were creating in a short sale he was handling and what it took him to get it through. His blog was instrumental in me getting my short sale through too.

I have also had clients find me through the ActiveRain web site. I love it when happy clients refer their friends but did not have my number on them at the time they were giving the referral. Being found through ActiveRain has proven to be a useful resource. Plus, it allows agents to connect with other agents from across the nation. Kudos!"

The "Crown of the Sea'' a cliff-hugging house overlooking Little Corona Beach, sells for $18 million to a successful manufacturer. The 7,000-square-foot home at 3729 Ocean Blvd. originally went on the market in January 2010 for just under $30 million. The final listing price was $19,995,000. Jason Morrison of Windermere Real Estate was the home's listing agent. Patsy Metcalf of Coast Sotheby's International Realty represented the buyer."
